Welcome to Sweet Apothecary's Kitchen!
Sweet Apothecary Thoughts
Welcome to my tips for cooking/baking/food-shopping/living with multiple dietary limitations - and you'll find each post after the Welcome letter & glossary signs off with an allergy-friendly (and delicious!) tried-and-true recipe of mine too. ;)
I LOVE food and I want to make delicious treats accessible for everyone - regardless of their allergies or dietary choices. The focus here is on how I eat - Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, and Soy-Free - but the topics are useful for anyone who has (or loves someone who has!) food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Now, let's bake some happy!
